Your CRM is hosted on secure servers in Germany, with daily automatic backups and SSL encryption. Hosting is included in your monthly subscription. If your organisation requires it, the CRM can also be hosted on your own domain or servers.

Sure you can, all you have to do is send us an email at [email protected] and inform us of what package you want to upgrade or downgrade to. Note that the downgrade will only take effect from the 1st of the following month whereas the upgrade will take effect immediately but your bill will only change from the next month onwards. Note that when downgrading, your support hours may drop significantly so please make sure you check this first.
