There is no limit to the number of users, its unlimited, however, you will be upgraded to the relevant price bracket based on the number of users you have.

Sure you can, all you have to do is send us an email at support@weblogic.co.bw and inform us of what package you want to upgrade or downgrade to. Note that the downgrade will only take effect from the 1st of the following month whereas the upgrade will take effect immediately but your bill will only change from the next month onwards. Note that when downgrading, your support hours may drop significantly so please make sure you check this first.
